Artifact #6"Technology in the Music Classroom" This webpage is a small statement describing how I, as a teacher, plan to use technology resources in my music classroom. Context I originally composed this statement in response to a question posed by my instructors in my Literacy, Technology and Instruction course in Fall 2004. A focus of this course is how technology can be used in a school setting, and the question was "How can you effectively use technology in your classroom?" Impact Before completing this assignment, I had never really had a chance to brainstorm ideas on how to incorporate technology into my classroom. This assignment has helped me plan how to use the technology resources available to me, even if they are not all on a computer. Alignment with NETS-T 2A. This assignment allowed me to design developmentally appropriate learning opportunities that apply technology-enhanced instructional strategies to support the diverse needs of learners. 2D. This assignment allowed me to plan for the management of technology resources within the context of learning activities. Alignment with INTASC Principle 2.
